John Gibson

John Gibson

Director of Housing Services

John started in local government, initially in human resources and then moved into various support and customer services roles including finance, housing benefit, lettings and homelessness. Since 1993, he has worked in a succession of senior neighbourhood management roles in challenging inner city environments where the integration of different services and suppliers was key to provision of first class services to residents irrespective of whether they owned their property or rented it from the council, a registered provider or private landlord.

He joined Pinnacle in 2002, and has undertaken a variety of roles including Housing Director (Pinnacle PSG), Business Services Director (Pinnacle PSG) and Residential Management Services Director (Pinnacle Places). His current role is Director of Housing Services where he is responsible for the management of all our social housing contracts and Pinnacle Connect, Pinnacle’s 24/7 contact service centre.

FM Director

Neil joined Pinnacle PSG in 1997 to work in our first social housing management contract in Marylebone, Westminster. He swiftly progressed through the ranks, carrying out various management roles before taking on overall responsibility for Pinnacle PSG’s five contracts in Westminster in 2003. He was made a Director in 2005.

Neil moved across to the Facilities Management sector in 2006, where he lead the transition of the Essex County Council DLO to Pinnacle PSG. This involved the management of a significant culture change programme covering 750 members of staff. In 2008, the Education PFI business was also added to Neil’s portfolio. This involves the delivery of a total facilities management service to 19 schools within four contracts based in Slough, Clacton, Leeds & Kirklees. This business has continually improved year on year, providing excellent services to our customers. This was highlighted by Clacton winning the Best Operational Project at the 2014 Partnership Awards.

In his current role Neil is responsible for all soft FM and total FM contracts for a wide range of clients, including Registered Providers, Councils, Schools and the Private Sector.


Connie Mitchell-Innes

Finance & Business Support Director

Connie spent the early part of her career in Commodity Trading primarily in Soft Commodities – Coffee, Cocoa and Sugar with responsibility for East Africa regions. A spell with followed running their operation from Madeira, after which she joined Pinnacle PSG as Finance Director in 2006. She held the position of  Group Services Director, based in Chelmsford, with responsibility for Finance, IT and Procurement supporting all Group companies. Following restructure in May 2015, she is now based in Head Office providing  Finance and Business Support for the Pinnacle Group.
