Claire Kober

Director of Housing

Claire joined Pinnacle Group in May 2018 as Director of Housing to lead its delivery of high-quality and innovative housing management services. She sits on the Pinnacle Group executive committee.

 

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Claire spent a decade in local government as Leader of the London Borough of Haringey where she prioritised improving education outcomes for all children, wide-scale regeneration and delivering better housing. Claire is a former Chair of London Councils – the regional body that brings together the capital’s 32 boroughs to lobby for fairer funding and a better quality of life for Londoners and also represented the region on the London Enterprise Panel. She served as finance portfolio holder for the Local Government Association. In 2015, Claire was awarded an OBE for services to local government.

Connie Mitchell-Innes

Finance & Business Support Director

Connie spent the early part of her career in Commodity Trading primarily in Soft Commodities – Coffee, Cocoa and Sugar with responsibility for East Africa regions. A spell with Virgin.net followed running their operation from Madeira, after which she joined Pinnacle PSG as Finance Director in 2006. She held the position of  Group Services Director, based in Chelmsford, with responsibility for Finance, IT and Procurement supporting all Group companies. Following restructure in May 2015, she is now based in Head Office providing  Finance and Business Support for the Pinnacle Group.

Director of Pinnacle People and Pinnacle Connect

Jane is responsible for leading the operations of our business to deliver high performance and life changing interventions for our customers. Jane brings a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of back to work programmes and an uncompromising passion for ensuring our customer experience is first class. Her career spans operational, HR and business development roles in the public and private sector.

Mike Rhucroft

Director of Bidding and Growth

Mike began his career in high street recruitment before moving into the Welfare to Work market in 2003, undertaking a number of operational senior management roles before moving to Pinnacle People when it was established in 2008.  At Pinnacle People, Mike undertook a number of roles including director of sales and marketing, leading on a number of large and successful bids for the DWP.

 

In 2017, Mike took on the role as director of bidding and growth for the Sustain division of the Pinnacle Group.  Mike is responsible for leading a small but successful team to grow the sustain business in its current markets, whilst exploring opportunities to diversify into new markets.

Neil Fergus

Director of Facilities Management

Neil joined Pinnacle PSG in 1997 to work in our first social housing management contract in Marylebone, Westminster. He swiftly progressed through the ranks, carrying out various management roles before taking on overall responsibility for Pinnacle PSG’s five contracts in Westminster in 2003. He was made a Director in 2005.


Neil moved across to the Facilities Management sector in 2006, where he lead the transition of the Essex County Council DLO to Pinnacle PSG. This involved the management of a significant culture change programme covering 750 members of staff. In 2008, the Education PFI business was also added to Neil’s portfolio. This involves the delivery of a total facilities management service to 19 schools within four contracts based in Slough, Clacton, Leeds & Kirklees. This business has continually improved year on year, providing excellent services to our customers. This was highlighted by Clacton winning the Best Operational Project at the 2014 Partnership Awards.


In his current role Neil is responsible for all soft FM and total FM contracts for a wide range of clients, including Registered Providers, Councils, Schools and the Private Sector.
