Pinnacle PSG, has provided both housing management, and repairs and maintenance services in Kirklees since the first homes in this project were completed in August 2012.


The Excellent Homes for Life project provided 466 one and two bed flats across Kirklees.


140 of these homes are located within three Extra Care facilities. The sites are; Woodland Court in Dewsbury, comprising of 46 one and two bedroom flats; Sandy Mount in Huddersfield, comprising of 41 one and two bed flats; and Meadow Green in Heckmondwike, comprising of 43 one and two bedroom flats, with an additional unit of 10 flats intended for use by those with dementia.


The project has a further 326 homes spread across 27 sites in Kirklees for small families and people living alone, including 35 specifically designed for people needing a wheelchair.

The delivery partners, including Pinnacle PSG, have worked closely with Kirklees Council to deliver schemes with a strong and active community.

The Extra Care facilities have been designed to create Community hubs, providing communal facilities including a hairdressing salon, restaurant and activity rooms, in which residents can interact with those from outside of the community. A communal residents’ lounge has also been provided.

This helps to ensure that older people can avoid the social isolation that often accompanies the later years of life, and remain active members of the community and enjoy a better quality of life.




The Pinnacle Connect Helpdesk is staffed 24/7 and is available for any tenant or family member to contact to discuss any aspect of their tenancy; ranging from arranging payment(s) such as setting up Direct Debits etc. and/or to discuss arrears relating to their rent and service charges; reporting repairs to their home or to the wider development; notifying of incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour and/or of abandoned cars etc.
